• In order to confirm the reservation, you need to make a 50% down payment of the total amount of your stay.
• Payment in full must be made not later than (2) two weeks before the date of arrival.
• Upon your arrival, you must pay a deposit of 300 €, which will be refunded when checking out, after verifying that no damage of the property occurred.
• Down payments are not refunded under any circumstances.
• Payments must be made by bank transfer.

Όροι και Προϋποθέσεις (περιληπτικά)
. Για την επιβεβαίωση της κράτησης, καλείστε να προκαταβάλετε το 50% της συνολική αξίας της κράτησης.
- Το υπόλοιπο του ποσού θα πρέπει να τακτοποιηθεί το αργότερο (2) δύο εβδομάδες πριν την άφιξη.
- Κατά την άφιξή σας, θα πρέπει να καταβάλετε ένα ποσό της τάξεως των 300 €, σαν εγγύηση, το οποίο σας επιστρέφετε κατά την αναχώρηση, αφού βεβαιωθεί ότι το σπίτι είναι στην κατάσταση στην οποία το παραλάβατε.
- Η προκαταβολή δεν επιστρέφεται σε καμία περίπτωση.
- Οι πληρωμές θα πρέπει να τακτοποιηθούν με κατάθεση σε τραπεζικό λογαριασμό.
